What are viewing trips?

Our viewing trips normally consist of a 3 or 4 day trip to the North Costa Blanca but can easily be tailored to suit your needs by our expert staff. Whether or not you have been to the area before or know exactly where you want to buy, we are here to arrange the trip and to exactly to match properties to your requirements.

Are the trips subsidised?

We do not operate “subsidised inspection trips”. Our aim is to provide a fully independent, none pressured and un-biased service. By not subsidising viewing trips our marketing budget is substantially reduced. As many clients do not purchase on their first trip a lot of this marketing budget would be irretrievable, meaning our costs per sale will be higher. Inevitably we would have to pass these costs on to you the clients!

How our trips work.

We appreciate that multiple trips to the coast can get expensive and consume a lot of your time so we try to help in as many ways as possible to make the process as smooth as possible. Firstly we can save you time by organising the whole trip for you. We will locate the best priced flights from a convenient airport, and arrange to pick you up on arrival. Alternatively we can arrange a hire car and reserve hotels or rental accommodation as needed. Prior to your arrival we will discuss in length your requirements and needs so we can start to build up an idea of where and what you would like to see. We will build an itinerary for the trip which will include where you will be going and what you will see. On arrival you will be met by one of the Inmo Associates team and taken directly to your accommodation and your itinerary for the following days confirmed. You will deal with the same property consultant on a one to one basis for the whole of your trip and we do not combine your viewings with any other clients.

Will we have any free time?

Of course! Your evenings are free to do with what you want and are a perfect way to investigate the area and sample the relaxed Costa Blanca lifestyle!!

What if we have never been to the area before?

If you have never been to the Northern Costa Blanca before or would you like to re –familiarise yourself with the areas again, we will spend time showing you the various locations. Once you have chosen the area feel you are happy with, we will then start to visit the properties that match what your requirements.
