Legal Advice

Purchasing your home in Spain is a straightforward procedure and should be hassle free. To ensure this, Inmo Associates always recommend that our clients use English speaking Spanish lawyers who will guide you through the purchasing procedure and ensure that your interests are protected. You are free to choose your own lawyer or we will be happy to refer you to local lawyers who are experienced in dealing with an international client base.

They will also be happy to advise on wills and inheritance issues or any other legal or financial concerns that you may have.

Project management

Whether you have just purchased a property or already own a property and want to update it with a new kitchen, bathroom, new tiles, paint or extension and do not know who to chose or how to monitor the progress. Inmo Associates project Management team can manage any project for you, we will monitor progress, chase parts, snag, quality control and relay the progress to you at home via phone and email with photographs. As we work closely with local established reliable tradesmen we can also arrange quotes from plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, gardeners, builders, for all jobs large and small.

Surveys

There are two types of surveys available, a Home Buyers survey and valuation and a Building survey. A home buyers survey and valuation is recommended with most purchases and will be undertaken by your mortgage provider should be you taking a mortgage out on the property. If you are not taking a Spanish mortgage then we can help arrange for a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor who will provide an impartial, professional service. A Building survey is recommended for properties that are severely dilapidated or unusual in its age or type of construction.

Insurance quotes

We work with well known reliable insurance companies who can provide you with quotations for buildings, contents and health insurance. Please let us know if you wish to rent your property out as may require a specialist rental insurance policy.

Rentals

Once you have purchased your property in Spain, part of your investment plan may be to maximise the return on your capital outlay by means of a rental income. The northern Costa Blanca offers some superb opportunities in this market sector.

Once you have completed on your dream home we appreciate how difficult it is to furnish and equip your home with everything you might need. It can be extremely time consuming and stressful especially as it’s on un-familiar territory. Inmo Associates can help in every way with our full “key in door” shopping service. We have carefully chosen a number of recommended suppliers in the area that will provide you with quality products and excellent service, what ever your budget or taste. We have also managed to negotiate discounts with most suppliers for our clients so not only saving you time but money! If you are struggling for time off from work we can spend a few hours gathering information on your preferences and budget and the rest can be left down to us. We can choose washing machines, bedding, light fittings, curtain rails, cutlery, furniture, arrange delivery and supervise the installation of every item. Cleaning services

We can arrange any level of clean from industrial cleans on newly completed properties to annual spring cleans or check out cleans once you have departed. All cleaners are professional, highly recommended and completely trust worthy.
