Over the years we have developed a Personal Property Search Service to enable our clients to relieve the stress and massive time implications finding a home abroad can bring. As we are based on the coast and have years of search experience and market knowledge we are in the ideal situation to find the best selection of properties on your behalf.
How does this service work?
The first step is to complete our Property Requirements Form below and we will call you to discuss your requirements and how our service can be tailored to best suit you. We will advise on market conditions and what is achievable for your budget within your chosen areas. We will work together to create a detailed brief from which we can search from, taking in to account all family members needs, lifestyle and your desires.
Our search will then commence. We will collate information on the areas we feel match your requirements as well as individual properties. Additional information regarding schools, health care, tax advice etc will be readily available if needed. Whilst your portfolio and information are being emailed to you we can arrange your trip to the area.
We normally suggest your trip be a minimum of 3 days but all our services are tailored around our clients so this can be altered. We will arrange return flights, airport transfers, accommodation and detailed itinerary of property viewings.

If the area is new to you then we can provide advice on the most suitable areas and begin your trip with a tour of preferred and/or suggested areas before the property search commences. This usually entails a driven tour through selected areas providing an overview of property styles and values, local amenities and the pros and cons of each area.
A detailed itinerary of property viewings will be arranged prior to your trip once you have selected the properties you wish to view from your portfolio. As you grow familiar with the area and styles of property available, your search will become increasingly targeted and will continue until the perfect property is found.
Our clients have found this service essential in establishing an educated opinion of value before starting negotiations that has given them confidence in the price they have ultimately paid for their property. Once you have selected your dream property we will discuss tactics and handle the negotiation on your behalf.
Once a deal is agreed, we proactively manage all parties and oversees the entire process on your behalf.
Our aim is to ensure that the deal proceeds to completion as swiftly and as stress free as possible.
The period after you have completed on your home can still be traumatic for new purchasers in Spain. Trying to organize basic services can be difficult in a new country and different language. Our After Sales Service can be relied upon to help you through this time and are available any time there after for advice and help.
